Explanation of the Above Ranks
The ranks themselves will remain the same Enlisted ranks are Private to Corporal, Non-Commissioned Officers are Sergeant to Command Sergeant Major of the Branch (for example Sergeant Major of the ARMY), Junior Officers are LT to Captain, Senior Officers are Major to Colonel.The rank of Recruit will serve as a starter rank for those new to the clan and/or have shown interest but haven't been available for evaluation/promotion. The Rank of Warrant Officer will serve as an intermediary rank between Non-Commissioned Officers and Junior Officers and is intended for those that show increasing leadership skills and need to get used to being a Commissioned Officer.
